Terms governing virtual property tours including recording, technology, and privacy.
Virtual tours are conducted in real time via video call, allowing prospects to view the property remotely. A LeasedTourz Guide physically attends the property and streams the tour to the prospect using a mobile device.
Virtual tours may be recorded with the consent of all participants. If recording is enabled, prospects will be notified before the tour begins. Recordings are stored securely and may be shared with the client for review purposes.
Virtual tours depend on internet connectivity and device performance. LeasedTourz is not responsible for technical issues that arise from poor connectivity, device malfunctions, or software incompatibilities on the prospect's end.
Guides will verify connectivity before beginning a virtual tour. If connectivity issues prevent the tour from proceeding, the tour may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Clients should ensure prospects have a compatible device and internet connection.
Virtual tours may capture images of the property interior. Clients should ensure that no sensitive or personal information is visible during the tour. LeasedTourz is not responsible for inadvertently captured content. See the Photography & Video Release for details.
