Guides may capture photos and videos during tours for documentation and post-tour reporting. This documentation helps clients assess property conditions, prospect engagement, and tour quality.
With client authorization, Guides may photograph property interiors and exteriors for listing purposes, marketing materials, and Platform content. Clients must have the authority to grant photography permissions.
Guides may record video walkthroughs of properties for virtual tours, training purposes, and client deliverables. Video recordings are subject to the Virtual Tour Agreement and applicable privacy laws.
If a client authorizes marketing usage, LeasedTourz may use property photos and videos in promotional materials, social media, and the Platform website. Marketing usage requires explicit client consent and may be revoked at any time.
