Subscription billing, overages, add-ons, taxes, failed payments, and invoicing.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on the selected plan. Billing begins on the subscription start date and renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. Clients will be notified before each renewal. The renewal price will be the then-current price of the selected plan. See the Subscription Agreement for details.
Tours exceeding the monthly plan allowance are billed at the overage rate. Overage charges appear on the next monthly invoice. Clients can monitor tour usage through the dashboard and upgrade plans to reduce overage costs.
Additional services and tour packages are billed at the rates published on the Platform. Add-on charges appear on the next monthly invoice or may be billed immediately depending on the service.
Applicable sales tax, use tax, and other taxes are added to invoices based on the client's billing address and applicable tax laws. LeasedTourz determines tax obligations in accordance with applicable marketplace and tax regulations.
If a payment fails, LeasedTourz will notify the client and attempt to charge the payment method again. After multiple failed attempts, Platform access may be suspended. Clients should update payment information promptly to avoid service interruption.
Clients should contact billing@myleasedtourz.com before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension. LeasedTourz will work with clients to resolve billing disputes amicably.
Invoices are generated monthly and are available through the client dashboard. Invoices include subscription fees, tour charges, overages, add-ons, and taxes. Clients may request detailed billing statements at any time.
