By using the Platform, you agree that your electronic acceptance of agreements, policies, and terms constitutes a legally binding signature equivalent to a handwritten signature. This includes clicking "I agree," checking acceptance boxes, and submitting forms electronically.
You agree that LeasedTourz may maintain all records, agreements, and communications in electronic form. Electronic records have the same legal effect as paper records. You may request paper copies of certain documents by contacting compliance@myleasedtourz.com.
Agreements entered into through the Platform, including the Terms of Service, Client Service Agreement, and Independent Contractor Agreement, are valid and enforceable digital contracts. You acknowledge that you have access to review these agreements before acceptance.
You consent to conducting transactions electronically, including electronic signatures, electronic delivery of notices, and online payments. You should retain copies of electronic records for your files.
To access and retain electronic records, you need a computer or mobile device with internet access, a current web browser, and the ability to save electronic documents. LeasedTourz is not responsible for your inability to access electronic records due to hardware or software limitations.
