LeasedTourz uses its proprietary AutoTour™ intelligent dispatch engine to match tour requests with qualified Guides. The system considers location, availability, language requirements, certifications, and performance history to recommend the best-suited Guide for each tour.
AI may be used to generate guide recommendations, route optimizations, demand forecasts, and scheduling suggestions. These recommendations assist LeasedTourz staff and clients in making informed decisions but do not replace human judgment.
Certain business decisions may include automated processing, such as auto-confirming Guide assignments when client AutoTour™ rules are configured, flagging potential scheduling conflicts, and identifying performance trends. Clients can configure their level of automation through AutoTour™ settings.
LeasedTourz uses an AI-powered support agent to provide 24/7 concierge services including scheduling assistance, billing inquiries, and status updates. The AI agent may escalate complex issues to human support staff.
