Data Retention Policy

1. Retention Periods

LeasedTourz retains personal and business data for the following periods:

• ▪Account data: Retained while the account is active and for 3 years after account closure
• ▪Tour records and reports: 7 years for legal and compliance purposes
• ▪Payment and billing records: 7 years per tax and accounting requirements
• ▪Background check results: As required by applicable law, typically 2-7 years
• ▪Incident reports: 7 years
• ▪Location data: Deleted within 30 days after tour completion

2. Deletion Timelines

When you request data deletion, we will process your request within 30 days. Certain data may be retained longer if required by law, legal hold, or legitimate business purposes. You will be notified if data cannot be fully deleted.

3. Legal Holds

LeasedTourz may place a legal hold on data retention when required by litigation, investigation, or legal obligation. Data subject to a legal hold will not be deleted until the hold is released, regardless of standard retention periods.

4. Anonymization

Data that is no longer needed in identifiable form may be anonymized or aggregated for analytics and Platform improvement. Anonymized data cannot be linked back to individuals.

5. Account Closure

When you close your account, we will deactivate your profile and begin the data retention countdown. You may request data export before account closure. After the retention period, remaining data is permanently deleted.
