Professional standards for behavior, dress, communication, and property respect.
Guides must conduct themselves with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity at all times. This includes being respectful to prospects, clients, property staff, and fellow Guides. Discriminatory, harassing, or abusive behavior is strictly prohibited.
Guides must wear professional attire appropriate for the property type and client expectations. When branded attire is provided or required, Guides must wear it during all tours. Clothing should be clean, neat, and free of offensive messaging.
Guides must communicate clearly, professionally, and honestly with prospects and clients. Guides should answer questions to the best of their ability and direct complex or leasing-specific questions to the appropriate client representative.
Guides must treat all properties with care and respect. This includes following access instructions, not touching personal belongings, securing the property after tours, and reporting any damage or maintenance issues observed.
Guides must not disclose client information, property details, prospect information, or Platform data to third parties. Confidentiality obligations continue even after the contractor relationship ends.
If a conflict arises during a tour or with a client, Guides should remain professional and attempt to de-escalate the situation. Serious conflicts should be reported to LeasedTourz support through the Platform. Guides should not engage in confrontational behavior.
