Client confirmation of authority to schedule tours and grant property access.
By submitting a tour request, the client confirms they have the legal authority to schedule tours at the designated property. This includes authority from the property owner, management company, or authorized representative.
The client confirms they have the authority to grant property access to LeasedTourz Guides. This includes providing lockbox codes, keys, smart lock codes, or coordinating with on-site staff for access.
Clients may share access codes, keys, and entry instructions through the Platform's secure channels. LeasedTourz is not responsible for lost keys or compromised access codes shared outside of the Platform.
Clients are responsible for obtaining any required permissions from property owners or management before scheduling tours. LeasedTourz is not liable for disputes arising from unauthorized property access.
If a property access dispute arises, LeasedTourz will cooperate with the client and any relevant parties to resolve the issue. However, LeasedTourz is not responsible for disputes between clients and property owners regarding tour authorization.
By using the Platform, clients acknowledge that: they have authority to authorize property access, property information they provide is accurate, they are responsible for obtaining required owner permissions, and they will not use LeasedTourz for unlawful purposes.
