Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy establishes standards for acceptable behavior on the LeasedTourz Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• ▪Misuse of the Platform or its features for unauthorized purposes
• ▪Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against Guides, clients, or LeasedTourz staff
• ▪Uploading illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• ▪Attempting fraud, including fraudulent tour requests or payment disputes
• ▪Misrepresenting property listings, availability, or conditions
• ▪Circumventing Platform payment systems or scheduling directly outside the Platform
• ▪Abusing the dispatch system, including submitting fake or duplicate requests
• ▪Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Platform systems or data
• ▪Using the Platform to violate fair housing laws or regulations

3. Platform Integrity

You may not interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform, including attempting to disrupt services, introducing malware, scraping data, or using automated tools without authorization.

4. Content Standards

All content uploaded to the Platform must be accurate, lawful, and appropriate. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to any content you upload and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this policy, report it to compliance@myleasedtourz.com. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action, which may include warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the Platform.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

LeasedTourz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Serious violations may result in immediate removal without warning. We may also report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.

7. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this policy may result in loss of Platform access, forfeiture of credits or earnings, and legal action where appropriate. Guides who violate this policy may be removed from the LeasedTourz Professional Network™.
