How LeasedTourz collects, uses, and protects your personal information.
LeasedTourz collects information you provide directly, such as your name, email, phone number, company name, and job title. We also collect information automatically when you use the Platform, including device information, usage data, and location data when location services are enabled.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Platform, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and provide a personalized experience. See our Cookie Policy for details on the types of cookies we use and how to manage your preferences.
We collect device identifiers, browser type, operating system, IP address, and interaction data such as pages visited and timestamps. This information helps us maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve the Platform.
Payment information is processed through our third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. We may retain the last four digits of your card, card brand, and billing records for accounting and dispute resolution purposes.
For Guides conducting tours, we collect real-time GPS location data to enable dispatch, routing, ETA calculations, and safety monitoring. Location data is collected only during active tour periods and is used in accordance with the Guide's consent. Clients may also share property addresses for scheduling purposes.
Guides may capture photos and videos during tours for documentation, reporting, and client deliverables. Photography and video recording are subject to the Photography & Video Release and the Tour Standards Policy. We obtain appropriate consent before capturing images of prospects or property interiors.
Clients and Guides may upload documents such as property access instructions, identification documents, certifications, and training materials. These documents are stored securely and used for the purposes for which they were provided. See the Data Retention Policy for retention timelines.
We use your information to provide and improve the Platform, process payments, dispatch Guides, generate reports, communicate with you, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
LeasedTourz uses artificial intelligence to assist with tour dispatch, guide matching, route optimization, demand forecasting, and customer support. AI may process your data to provide these services. See the AI Disclosure for more information.
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. See the Data Retention Policy for specific retention periods.
We share information with service providers who help us operate the Platform (such as payment processors, cloud hosting, and analytics providers), with Guides and Clients as necessary to fulfill tours, and with legal authorities when required by law. We do not sell your data.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of certain data processing activities. Contact compliance@myleasedtourz.com to exercise your rights.
Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, and other states with consumer privacy laws may have additional rights. We comply with applicable state privacy laws. California residents may exercise rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) by contacting us.
