Guides must conduct tours in a non-discriminatory manner, treating all prospects equally regardless of protected characteristics. Guides must not make statements or take actions that could be interpreted as discriminatory or that steer prospects toward or away from properties based on protected characteristics.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their properties, listings, and rental practices comply with applicable fair housing laws. LeasedTourz supports clients in meeting these obligations but is not responsible for client fair housing compliance.
If you believe you have experienced discrimination during a LeasedTourz tour, contact compliance@myleasedtourz.com immediately. We investigate all reports of discrimination and take appropriate action, which may include removing Guides or clients from the Platform.
LeasedTourz and its Guides and clients must comply with the Fair Housing Act, state and local fair housing laws, and equal opportunity regulations. Violations may result in removal from the Platform and reporting to relevant authorities.
