1. Complaint Process

If you have a complaint, contact LeasedTourz support first through the Platform or at support@myleasedtourz.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and work to resolve it promptly. Most complaints are resolved at this stage.

2. Escalation

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to the Director of Client Success or the Compliance team at compliance@myleasedtourz.com. Escalated complaints are reviewed within 5 business days.

3. Mediation

If a dispute cannot be resolved through escalation, LeasedTourz may offer mediation through a neutral third party. Mediation is voluntary and non-binding. Both parties must agree to participate in good faith.

4. Arbitration

If a dispute remains unresolved, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration provision of the Terms of Service. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. The governing law shall be as specified in the Terms of Service.

5. Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, any arbitration or legal proceeding must be brought on an individual basis, not as a class action or representative proceeding. The parties waive any right to participate in a class action.
