The LeasedTourz Platform, including its software, AutoTour™ dispatch engine, AI systems, and all related technology, is owned by DivaddLimited and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the software.
Training materials, certification programs, guide handbooks, and educational content provided by LeasedTourz are proprietary. Guides and clients may use these materials for their intended purpose but may not reproduce or distribute them.
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and data, is owned by LeasedTourz or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not use Platform content for commercial purposes without authorization.
Content uploaded by users (such as property photos and documents) remains the property of the user. By uploading content, you grant LeasedTourz a license to use it for Platform operations, including displaying it to Guides and prospects and generating reports.
