Protocols for property access, emergencies, unsafe situations, and hazards.
Guides must follow all property access instructions provided through the Platform. Before entering a property, Guides should assess the surroundings for safety. If anything appears unsafe or unusual, the Guide should not enter and should contact LeasedTourz support immediately.
Guides must have emergency contact information readily available, including local emergency services (911) and LeasedTourz support. Clients should provide on-site emergency contacts when available. The Guide App includes an emergency button for immediate assistance.
If a Guide encounters an unsafe situation during a tour, they should prioritize their safety and the prospect's safety. Guides may end a tour early, leave the property, or contact emergency services. All unsafe situations must be reported through the Incident Reporting Policy.
Tours may be cancelled or rescheduled due to severe weather conditions including storms, extreme temperatures, or natural disasters. LeasedTourz monitors weather conditions and will notify clients and Guides of weather-related cancellations.
Guides should report any property hazards observed during tours, including maintenance issues, safety concerns, or security problems. Hazards are documented in the post-tour report and may be flagged for immediate client notification.
All safety incidents, near-misses, and concerns must be reported in accordance with the Incident Reporting Policy. Reports should be filed as soon as possible after the incident through the Platform.
