Screening requirements for LeasedTourz Professionals including scope and re-screening.
All Guides must pass a background check before being activated on the Platform. Background checks are conducted by a third-party screening provider and are required for all individuals who conduct tours on behalf of LeasedTourz.
Background checks are conducted during the onboarding process before a Guide is approved to conduct tours. Guides cannot accept tour assignments until the background check is completed and approved.
LeasedTourz may conduct periodic re-screening of Guides at its discretion. Re-screening may be triggered by time intervals (e.g., annually), specific incidents, or changes in applicable laws. Guides must consent to re-screening as a condition of continued Platform access.
Background checks may include criminal history (county, state, and federal), sex offender registry, identity verification, and motor vehicle records. The scope may vary based on the Guide's role, market, and applicable law.
Disqualifying factors are determined in accordance with applicable law, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and state and local ban-the-box laws. LeasedTourz conducts individualized assessments considering the nature of the offense, time elapsed, and relevance to the position. Guides will receive a copy of their background check report and an opportunity to dispute inaccuracies.
